  1. You need eggs
  2. Take Quarter bowl of cocunut gratings
  3. You need peels of garlic
  4. Use tsp of turmeric powder
  5. Prepare red chilli powder
  6. Take tsp of coriander powder

  8. Get tomato
  9. Prepare oil
Instructions to make Egg curry:
  1. Boil the eggs in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Grate the coconut and collect the coconut shavings.
  3. Cut one onion
  4. Cut one tomato
  5. Peel 4 to 5 garlic cloves
  6. Blend the coconut with 2 peels and keep 2 aside.
  7. Take a kadai to it add oil and heat it. To this hot oil add2 peels ofaA garlic and brown them a bit.
  8. After browning garlic add the onion and tomato and stir nice for about 3 to 4 minutes. Till you see the onions have become translucent and tomato mushy.
