- Add the jeera, methi, kalonji little curry pata, mustard seeds to the oil when splattering add mixed blend peanut, sesame masala, keep stirring,
- Put termaric powder to the oil also add ginger garlic paste to the oil, stirring continuously
- Now add tamarind pulp to the pan with adding water and stir,add the fried chilli and dry roasted masala mix well, add one cup water mix it well keep the cover closed for fifteen minutes after a little interval remove the cover and stir, then remove the cover add curry pata (leaves) and finely chopped coriander leaves. give it a good mix
