Then in a kadhai heat oil… add mustard seeds n let it splutter…then add chopped onions n fry till it becomes translucent, then add curry leaves, chopped green chillies, fennel seeds, sprinkle some salt n turmeric powder n mix well.. then add the steamed poha to it, turn off the flame…. mix well..
