  3. Let it cool and then transfer it to a blender to form a puree.
  4. Take rest of the left over cashews and deep fry it in an oil.
  5. Same as take paneer and cut into small cubes to give it a deep fry.
  6. Now take a kadai or pan and add butter to it.
  7. Once it gets heated add the finely chopped onions to it.
  8. Fry it until it turns golden brown.
  9. Now add salt, tomato cashews puree into it.
  10. Cook it for 3-4 mins.
  11. Add garam masala and kasuri methi powder to it.
  12. Again cook it for 3-4 mins.
  13. Add the fried paneer and the cashews to it.
  14. Cover and cook it for another 2 mins.
  15. Garnish it with fresh cream and some more chopped cashews.
