Steps to make Dum Aloo:
  1. Collect all ingredients for dum aloo.
  2. Peel wash and pat dry the baby potatoes. Heat oil and deep fry till the potatoes are brown on the outside and completely cooked.

  9. Cook till the oil surfaces. At this stage turn off the heat and let it cool a little.
  10. Grind the curry into a fine paste. Strain the curry into a pan.
  11. Add 2 cups of water to the curry and bring it to a boil.
  12. Add salt and cashw nut paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add the fried potatoes, kassori methi and sugar.
  13. Add cream and immediately turn off the gas. Stir and mix well.
  14. Serve hot with paratha.
