  1. Prepare 1 kg mutton
  2. Take 4 onion
  3. Provide 2 tomato

  1. First you have to wash the mutton properly in warm lemon water so that the smell of it can be removed.
  2. In a pressure cooker add mutton and half tspoon of turmeric powder, garlic and 2green chilli, pepper powder. Marinate them so nicely. Then keep them for 6whistles.
  3. By keeping it aside… Just take a pan in which you are going to cook mutton. Add oil to the heated pan. Add jeera and bay leaf to this. After this add green chilli which has been sliced.

  7. After that raw smell disappear add tomatoes which have been chopped make dem fry.
  8. Add the mutton to this along with the stalk. Boil it.. Add salt in required amount. And then cook for atleast 35minutes.
  9. Before 10minutes of taking.. Just add coriander leaves to this.
