  1. CHICKEN GRAVY Take oil and fry onions,ginger and garlic. Fry for a minute add tomato paste and cook for a few minutes. Add chicken and salt, red chilli powder and (stir fry for 5 minutes and cover it) cook till chicken is tender.
  2. 🌷COCONUT SAUCE - Blend together yogurt,gram flour,haldi and red chilli powder, zeera, onion and green chillies. Pour into pan and cook on low medium heat until it thickens. - Now add coconut milk and stir continuously for about 20 minutes. Add curry leaves if you like it. - Add Salt and lemon juice.
  3. 🌷For creamy consistency strain the mixture and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Boil noodles with salt and oil. Boiling time is exactly 7 minutes. Drain hot water and wash with tap water.
