  5. Then in the same oil fry 1/2 cup of peanuts till get crisp put aside. Then fry curry leaves till crisp put it aside and then fry thick poha at medium to high flame and put it aside.
  6. Now take large container add all the made materials. Now add some salt, 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, a pinch of chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon of powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1/4 teaspoon of sambhar masala. And mix well.
